Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst – 2 Month Contract – Immediate Start – Inside IR35 – London

VIQU has partnered with an organisation based in London, who are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd Line BAU Support.

The successful Service Desk Analyst will join a busy team, providing both remote and onsite support to a large user base.

Please note that this role will require you to be onsite in Central London 5 days per week.

Role responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd Line support on the Service Desk
  • Troubleshooting and solving hardware & software issues, escalating where necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service both remotely and deskside

Key Skills and experience:

  • Experience as a Service Desk Analyst / within 1st and 2nd Line Support
  • Windows 10 / 11 Administration and Support
  • Experience supporting MacOS would be beneficial
  • Experience supporting Dell hardware
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, OneDrive
  • Experience with Azure, Azure AD
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of ITIL
