- Collaborate with business and functional leads to capture necessary process changes, extract key requirements, and define the changes needed for the new business processes.
- Manage the end-to-end transition plan, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated, and that each phase of the transition is clearly defined and executed.
- Work with the business and technical teams to ensure data migration is fully managed and that the migration plan is executed successfully.
- Track and validate business process changes and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Serve as a leadership figure on the programme, ensuring that teams are onboard and fully engaged throughout the transition phases.
- Work alongside a dedicated team of technical experts to ensure smooth ERP implementation.

- Strong experience in managing ERP transitions, ideally with Oracle Fusion or similar systems (e.g., SAP).
- The successful Senior Transition Manager will have proven ability to manage complex transition activities and lead multiple teams through a seamless transition process.
- Strong experience in managing and executing business process changes during an ERP implementation.
- Solid background in data migration – understanding how to work with detailed plans and ensuring successful execution.
- Ability to manage post-go-live support, including monitoring, alerting, and license management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills – able to command the respect of senior leaders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing complex, risk-averse transition plans.
- Familiarity with the challenges of transitioning to a new ERP system and the ability to navigate these challenges successfully.
