Business Analyst (Telephony)

Business Analyst – Telephony Migration (Contract) – 3-month contract – Northampton (Hybrid)

My Customer is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team and play a crucial role in the migration of our contact centre from Unity to Microsoft Teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key transformation project while working across various initiatives.

The Business Analyst is required to travel to site in Northampton 3 days a week.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in telephony or contact centre migration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its capabilities for enterprise telephony.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in documenting business processes, requirements, and user journeys.
  • Willingness to travel to different sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, documentation, and delivery of business and technical requirements for the telephony migration.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring a seamless transition to MS Teams.
  • Conduct workshops and site visits to gather requirements, map processes, and provide training where necessary.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities to optimise the migration process.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation.
