Business Analyst

Business Analyst – 3 months – Bristol – Hybrid

My customer is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within legal departments, facilitating operational change, and driving process improvements across teams.

You will play a key role in transforming business operations, introducing new procedures, and optimizing existing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Analyst

• Support Legal SMEs: Collaborate closely with legal teams to document and refine current processes, identify inefficiencies, and support operational needs.
• Operational Change Management: Drive and manage changes across teams, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and standard operating procedures.
• Process Introduction and Training: Lead initiatives to introduce and integrate new processes, offering guidance, training, and support to team members to foster smooth transitions.
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development: Update, develop, and formalize SOPs to align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Process Mapping & Continuous Improvement: Map and analyse current workflows, identify improvement areas, and support initiatives to optimize processes for greater efficiency.
• Data Interpretation: Use data analysis to support recommendations, assess process effectiveness, and guide decision-making for continuous improvement.

The successful Business Analystis required to work at least 3 days a week onsite in Bristol.
