Phoebe joined our permanent recruitment team as a Delivery Consultant in March 2025. A recent Art History and English graduate, Phoebe worked as a General Manager of a café whilst at university. Managing a team of 23, she gained experience in recruiting while hiring 10 of her team members. This started her interest in recruitment and pushed her to pursue it as a career.

Outside of work, you’ll find Phoebe either watching Welsh Rugby or at a new art exhibition, appreciating and admiring each piece. When she needs some quiet time away from work, Phoebe enjoys reading, going for walks in the countryside, or going to Pilates.
