Systems Analyst

Systems Analyst (Confluence & Technical Documentation) – Outside of IR35 - Remote

My Customer is looking for a detail-oriented professional to review and update systems diagrams and process documents, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and successfully migrated to Confluence.

They are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst with a strong understanding of Confluence and technical documentation. Understanding of Networking and Infrastructure would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review current systems diagrams and process documentation, identifying areas for improvement.
• Update and migrate documentation to Confluence for better accessibility and collaboration.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in technical diagrams while maintaining clear documentation standards.
• Work closely with technical teams, asking questions where necessary to clarify details.
• Apply knowledge of Network and Infrastructure to ensure systems documentation aligns with operational needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar documentation-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Confluence and experience in migrating documentation to the platform.
• Ability to interpret and update technical diagrams (e.g., system architecture, network topology).
• Good understanding of Network and Infrastructure concepts.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.

The Systems Analyst can work remotely with ad hoc travel to London.
