IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer – 3 Month Contract – £150 - £200 p/d Inside IR35

My client is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support for their employees. The successful IT Support Engineer will have experience with ITSM tools, Microsoft systems, and laptop imaging, alongside strong troubleshooting skills for IT hardware and software.

IT Support Engineer key skills include:

  • Providing 1st/2nd line IT support for end-users.
  • Experience managing tickets using ITSM tools (Freshservice is preferred, ServiceNow, Jira and similar tools are also acceptable).
  • Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Operating Systems and laptop imaging.
  • Perform Office 365 and Active Directory user administration.
  • Assist with Microsoft Autopilot setup and configurations.
  • Support of Apple Mac hardware and OSX.
  • Sophos Anti-Virus deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Configure and troubleshoot HP laptops and peripherals.
  • Basic LAN/WLAN network support and hardware troubleshooting.

This opportunity requires the IT Support Engineer to be based on-site 5 days per week in Central London.
